Unfolding is a six-week program that includes topics such as:

Throughout the six weeks participants are provided with resources, strategies and practical skills to move through the program feeling empowered, supported and liberated. This can then come into an expression of wellness not only in recovery from an eating disorder but in celebration of an enriched and full life.

The group is led by qualified counsellors who have an in depth understanding of eating disorders. Unfolding embraces a holistic, intuitive eating and mindfulness approach that upholds true recovery as a possibility for everyone.

This program runs several times throughout the year in Sydney, Adelaide and Townsville. Butterfly will notify when and where the next workshop is planned.
