Story Well

Story Well offers a series of five writing therapy sessions designed to support recovery maintenance and inspire individuals toward wellness. This program provides practical, grounded strategies and enhances options of self-soothing for those working through the recovery process.

Each session includes:

The workshop provides the opportunity to address and process concepts relating to recovery and self-care. The sessions will build upon each other to create a foundation and practice of self-support through and beyond the recovery journey.

Writing therapy is a valuable support to complement individual therapy, support groups and other Butterfly programs. Each session is run by qualified and experienced counselling professionals with specialised knowledge of eating disorders and runs over two hours.

Minimum wellness criteria are essential and can be addressed with the support team.

This program runs several times throughout the year in Sydney, Adelaide and Townsville. Butterfly will notify when and where the next workshop is planned.
