Butterfly invite you to join us and celebrate International No Diet Day on May 6th to raise awareness of the dangerous nature of popular restrictive dieting behaviours.

Butterfly Foundation CEO Christine Morgan urges all Australians to stop and examine the real dangers of dieting. “Popular diets promoted by celebrities, the weight loss industry and unqualified people, deprive your body of important nutrition. Following diets like these can lead to the development of an eating disorder, and even when it doesn’t, they teach people not to trust their instincts, while keeping someone in constant conflict with food and their body.”
